Shipping
o Orders places on weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day
o Please allow up to 5 days for orders to be processed
o Australia wide 2-5 business days (weekends not included)
Return Policy
B.M.D offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders.
If your order does not exceed your highest expectations or damaged, we will refund the amount for unused, unopen merchandise from your order.
Refunds need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and is non-refundable.
Refunds are made in the original payment form.
No refunds on sale items.
o We do not except exchanges on any orders
o Packages returned to B.M.D due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.

Order Cancellation and changes:
All orders once placed are finalised and products are not able to be edited or changed.
Order cancellation requests will be considered but not guaranteed.
Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
International Orders:
All international shipping is shipped by AusPost. Standard are delivered by the destinations local postal service.
International orders may be subject to import,taxes,customs duties and fees levied by your countries customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
B.M.D COSMETICS does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Custom policies differ from country to country.
